Where an account is closed due to breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the account closure is initiated by you without any breach, the remaining balance — after deduction of any applicable charges — will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7474 support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally unless they are found to be in breach of these terms.
7474 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 7474 makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data provided by third parties, or any specific outcome of games or sporting events.
7474 will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable. 7474's maximum liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your deposit involved in that incident.
